  4. ABILITY TO PAY

    1. Send a copy of the above documents via email to
      • rentals@omaielson.com
  2. LANDLORDS WILL
    • Generate a contract with your personal information
    • Send it to the signatories for review and electronic signature via DOCUSIGN services

How to Apply -- The Rental Process

  1. Transfer of Funds after Contract is Signed
    • At Signature: One Month Security Deposit
    • Upon Lease Start Date: First and Last Month Rent
    • Utilities Sevice Fees: Included
    • Maid Service Fees: To Be Determined
  2. On Move-In Day
    • Obtain keys
    • Review and sign incoming tenants' checklist
