The House
This particular house sits on a very bright lot with shaded parking for four cars. The main entrance is directly connected with the driveway, and the front door has a covered porch for protection from the elements. Four clusters of Christmas palms adorn the front lawn. The side and back yards are fenced with a chain link fence. The back yard is spaceous allowing for sun bathing and cook-outs with two concrete patios, one facing west and the other facing east.
The Interior
The house possesses approximately 2400 square feet of air-conditioned living space and was completely remodeled in 2016. All floors are covered with tile to allow for a bright and cooler environment as well as easy maintenance. The master bedroom and bath are on one side of the house in opposition to the second and third bedrooms and second bathroom. The Neighborhood
This property is a five-minute bike ride to the heart of the UM campus. The street is only two blocks in length ending in a dead end on the east side. On the west side, it only extends for another block before ending in a cul-de-sac. Thus, there is only neighborhood traffic, little noise and no on-lookers. Many neighbors are long-time residents of the area or UM students and faculty who regularly walk or bike to campus.
Around the Block
South Miami and Coral Gables commercial areas are a five-minute drive away. South Miami hosts a variety of restaurants, shops and bars to accomodate all moods, movie theaters and ice cream parlors for all ages and tastes, and shops for all budgets.
