The House
This house is 1250 sq ft. It is a two bedroom, one bathroom concrete block structure built in 1948. It has a large sunken living room with a loft for storage. Upon entering through the front door, the living space is just ahead and to the right. The living room has a sliding door that exits to the covered gallery and a double window facing the front yard. The master bedroom is 12x12 feet with ample closet space. The second room is approximately 12 x10 ft. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and floor-to-ceiling tile. A bonus Florida room can be used as an office, dining area or a third bedroom. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, self-cleaning oven/range, dishwasher, microwave oven and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen door leads to the covered patio where the laundry machines are located.
The Yard
The property sits on a 1/6 of an acre lot. Mature trees and ornamental plants beautify the surroundings. The patio on the west side of the house is formed by a wooden deck of approximately 12x30 ft and is covered by transparent sheeting which allows light to enter and protects from the rain.
