The House
This house is approximately 2500 air-conditioned square feet. The master suite faces the southwest corner of the lot and is diametrically opposed to the other bedrooms in its own wing. This bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own exit to the backyard via sliding glass doors. Through this exit is a private solarium covered with a wooden trellise. The en-suite bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and a vanity with a seat.
The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. These bedrooms face the east side of the yard. One bedroom is entered directly from the foyer. It has a spacious walk-in closet. Two windows provide ample natural light. The third bedroom has a built-in desk and book shelves ideal for students or an office.
The kitchen has a U-shaped counter with a built-in wine rack, dishwasher, range and plenty of counter space for creating delicious meals. A large pass-through window (3ft high X 8 ft long) faces the dining area and fits four bar stools. This is a great feature for entertaining.
The very spacious Florida room faces the south and is a perfect place for exercise machines/yoga mat or an artist's easel/studio. It is next to the laundry room which is separated by louver doors. This room has two sets of sliding doors facing the south that exit to the backyard.
The entire house is vested with windows allowing natural light to illuminate the house througout the day and more importantly for excellent views of the private yard and landscape beyond the walls.
The Yard
This property is located on a quarter of acre corner lot. It is completely enclosed with a 6 ft wooden fence providing privacy. It is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage including bromeliads, phylodendrum, liriope and a variety of local and ornamental plants. The yard has mature indigenous Live Oak and Gambo Limbo trees in front and back. In addition, tropical cononut and Malasian palms adorn the side of the house where you also find an outdoor shower.
The Neighborhood
This house is located in a cul-de-sac street which eliminates traffic congestion, noice and possible vandalism. Kids play in the street and historically neighbors take care of their own properties and are vigilant and friendly.
